Craniosacral therapy is a gentle, hands-on treatment that works with the body’s natural rhythms to release tension and support the nervous system. Using light, sustained contact, CST helps the body unwind patterns of stress held in the head, spine, and sacrum, encouraging a deep sense of ease and spaciousness. Many clients find it profoundly calming, especially during times of overwhelm, chronic tension, or nervous system fatigue.
Kenzie is trained in Upledger-style Craniosacral Therapy, completing coursework through SomatoEmotional Release 1 (SER1). She also assists in teaching CST courses, which allows her to stay connected to ongoing learning and the subtle skill development that CST requires. Upledger CST is a gentle, client-centered approach that focuses on supporting the body’s inherent ability to self-correct rather than forcing change. Sessions are quiet, slow, and deeply restorative, allowing the system to shift at its own pace.
CST can be supportive for a wide range of concerns, including stress and burnout, headaches and migraines, TMJ patterns, neck and jaw tension, trauma-related holding patterns, and general nervous system dysregulation. It can also be helpful for people who feel overstimulated, anxious, or who simply prefer a quieter approach to bodywork.
Sessions are unhurried and based on what the body is ready to release. Kenzie uses gentle hand placements along the head, neck, spine, sacrum, and other areas as needed. Clients remain fully clothed, and communication is always welcome to help guide comfort and pacing.
Craniosacral therapy can be booked as a stand-alone treatment or woven into massage therapy sessions when a lighter, more nervous-system-focused approach is beneficial. All CST sessions are billed under Kenzie’s RMT license and are eligible for reimbursement under extended health plans that cover massage therapy.
Many people leave feeling clearer, more grounded, and more connected to their bodies.
Beginning January 2026, I’ll no longer be accepting new patients for general massage therapy so I can focus more fully on acupuncture, MLD, and CranioSacral Therapy.
Existing massage patients can continue booking as usual.
New patients are welcome for MLD, CST, and acupuncture.
